What doing am I here?
I’m sharing things I’ve learned that makes it easier for teams to produce smart software. You might also find various thoughts and metaphors that help explain why I think Agile and Lean practices make sense in most software development organizations.
They also represent opinions I hold at the time I put them in writing.. or shortly before, anyway.. I like to think I learn many new things everyday, resulting in slightly refined or completely different opinions over time.
